Bermula dengan kejadian Asam dan pembantunya Garam cuba mensabotaj warung Cik Hawa / pejabat Pak Adam. tetapi usaha mereka gagal kerana kebodohan sendiri. Asam dan Garam memang sakit hati dengan Pak Adam kerana Pak Adam adalah seorang kontraktor yang jujur dan disukai oleh Cik Hawa. Pak Adam, Asam dan Garam tinggal di sebuah kampung dan menjalankan perniagaan pembinaan. Di kampung itu juga tinggal seorang janda bernama Cik Hawa yang berniaga warung kopi bersama anaknya Amin (10 tahun). Pergaduhan mereka lebih hebat apabila pihak sekolah kampung mereka mengumumkan tender baru dan meminta semua kontraktor menghantar proposal. Pelbagai usaha dilakukan Asam dan garam bagi menggagalkan proposal Pak Adam. Pak Adam adalah seorang yang jujur dan sering mendapat projek kerana kualiti kerja yang bagus. Asam dan Garam juga cuba merasuah pihak sekolah agar mengambil syarikat mereka. Jalan terakhir yang dilakukan Asam dan Garam adalah dengan menculik Cik Hawa dan mengugut Pak Adam memberikan tender tersebut kepada mereka. Asam dan Garam menculik Hawa sebenarnya kerana Hawa menolak pinangan Asam dan mendapat tahu Hawa akan bertunang dengan Pak Adam. Pak Adam mendapat tahu hal tersebut berusahah sedaya upaya menyelamatkan Cik Hawa yang akhirnya terselamat kerana kebodohan Asam dan Garam sendiri serta bantuan Amin dengan gadjetnya. Asam dan Garam akhirnya ditangkap pihak polis kerana selalu menipu dalam projek yang dilakukan syarika mereka dan terlibat dalam rasuah. pak Adam dan Cik Hawa akhirnya selamat ditunangkan.
